Albanian Development Guarantee Foundation (ADGF) is an independent guarantee institution established in 2015, dedicated to improving access to finance for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Albania.
Through risk-sharing mechanisms with partner banks and financial institutions, ADGF provides credit guarantees to businesses that lack sufficient collateral, supporting economic growth, financial inclusion, and sustainable development across various sectors of the economy.
ADGF is open to hosting motivated students for internship opportunities in the fields of finance, risk management, reporting, and development finance.
