“Socio-Economic Structure and Job Requirements in the Green Logistics Sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
This project aims to explore the socio-economic landscape and emerging job requirements in the context of green logistics, focusing on the transition toward sustainable transport and logistics practices. Through focus groups, stakeholder interviews, and sectoral analysis, we will identify workforce trends, educational gaps, and evolving skill demands. The results will support the development of relevant policies, training programs, and green employment strategies aligned with ESG principles and the European Green Deal.
