On December 19, 2025, a formal Agreement on Business, Scientific and Technical Cooperation was signed between the Geological Survey of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Civil Engineering of the University of Tuzla.
This Agreement establishes a framework for long-term collaboration across educational, scientific, and technical sectors. The partnership aims to enhance institutional capacity and integrate academic research with industrial practice. Key initiatives include the joint delivery of practical training for students across all three cycles (undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral), the execution of joint R&D projects, and the implementation of strategic initiatives for the benefit of the economy and the wider community.
